“It has been misreported that the WHO CA+ draft would give the WHO authority over U.S. domestic pandemic policies,” the authors claim. As the draft states:
States have, in accordance with the Charter of the United Nations and the principles of international law, the sovereign right to determine and manage their approach to public health, notably pandemic prevention, preparedess, response and recovery of health systems, pursuant to their own policies and legislation, provided that activities within their jurisdiction or control do not cause damage to their peoples and other countries. (World Health Organization, “Zero Draft of the WHO CA+,” pp. 10 and 11.)
Fully’s Note : There is so much confusion around this WHO Pandemic treaty.
Many in our camp are Catastrophising that if agreed to and implemented the ultimate result will be UN Troops Banging down our doors and forcing needles into the arms of resisters OR dragging us off to Camps where we will remain indefinitely.
Personally I think this is Bullshit from Fear Mongers . I could be wrong but I have a hard tiem believing that anything they come up with will be anything more that more bullshit Guidelines and at any rate will be completely UNENFORCABLE…and God Help “Them” if they try enforcement at any rate.
On another tack…Last year they tried to push this agenda and it was Stopped by a group of Third World Nations in Africa mostly…apparently it needed Unanimous support…Not sure but something like this

Well, If Oklahoma and Texas get anywhere with this, then it should definitely be applied to Chinada. Turd-o has been giving hundreds of millions to out-of-country agencies to dictate public health policy 🙁
FGC – I love your optimism and do hope your are correct. It is, however, a position that is opposed by most that are fighting to end the WHO take over and creation of a “ONE HEALTH WORLD MANDATE”. Their arguments suggest two things:
1) The W.H.O. is considered to be the MILITARY ARM of “The Great Reset” responsible for implementing the UN One World Government edicts. They are using the guise of “health” to position troops &/or supplies worldwide for use in enforcement of their mandates. You may recall numerous reports have been filed on the tent over many years of UN Military vehicles strategically located throughout various countries awaiting future use and concentration camps that have been pre-built, stocked and staffed but currently sitting idle. Just last week Australia announced the planned hiring of 2500 foreigners to act as their police service (local police won’t want to shoot their friends and neighbors but foreign mercenaries will not have such qualms!).
2) “provided that activities within their jurisdiction or control do not cause damage to their peoples and other countries.” — this is a wide open get out of jail free card — while it may sound all warm and snuggly, it can also mean whatever the W.H.O. wants it to mean. It will be used to justify implementing lockdowns, mandatory vaxx’s etc.
So it might be premature to make the leap of faith that the W.H.O. will not have the power and authority to do whatever the hell it wants. As I understand it, details are being negotiated and put into writing now during this Pandemic Treaty negotiation cycle. This is an international NON-TRANSPARENT process which citizens will not be advised about until AFTER the treaty is signed!! Dr. Merle Nash has been following these negotiations closely and is one of the biggest advocates for shutting the W.H.O. down completely. It is believed that a “PANDEMIC TREATY” will override the sovereignty of nations. We won’t find out if this is true until after it’s too late.
NEVERTHELESS – I TRULY do hope that I am wrong and your version is correct.
