Good thread. I think this is a piece of it.
I’m not sure Big Pharma is the central agent behind this all, but more likely its just being opportunistic.
I suspect DoD/State/MIC and geopolitics is the lead horse, and pharma is just riding along for the spoils and occasional co-piloting.
