Some of the comments in the accompanying thread raise good questions. I am usually up on this stuff but not internal Dem politics. Does anyone know who Obama and company dislike less, Hillary or Kamala? Which Dem kingmakers get the final say and would they rather have Kamala for the next two years or will they make her an offer, say a Supreme Court seat to pave the way for Hillary? I read they are close to coming up with the leaker in the Roe decision and although it was most likely a clerk it could end up with a retirement of a Justice if that is what it would take?
