Gold Short-Term Price Objective

   Makes sense. Maybe an overshoot to $2000, then backs off to consolidate, with a backtest to the breakout at around $1900.

   Monthly close needs to be above $1900 to validate the bull is back.

     Yes, I think there’s a good chance we close out the month in gold above $1900. I think those who are waiting on a Fed pivot are going to be late to the party. Almost everyone in the gold space is waiting on a pivot.

   “I think those who are waiting on a Fed pivot are going to be late to the party.” Agree. The more likely outcome is a pause not a pivot. Articles have come out in the past and again this week showing an avg. of 5-6 months between time of last rate increase and first rate cut. Even if that holds it is a significant amount of time for gold to rise before any actual cut and that assumes this time fits in with past cycles. While always some similarities not sure much about this cycle resembles most others.
