From my limited observations at the Resort: (Covid is not even mentioned) (sorry for the long post, I should have posted in the comments section)

The French and Italians are the most outspoken about Climate Change
and the whole Davos crowd. Almost hostile The Danes, Dutch and especially the Germans are more reserved and seem resigned to their fate. Will they comply?

The Aussies and Kiwis are just happy to travel. Don’t want to talk about travel restrictions. The Brits and Irish love their brew and I may not be getting the whole picture unless I sit with them in the pub. The Brits and Italians are not close friends for some reasons. Something about experiences in ski lineups in the European Alps. Mamare any thoughts? Hahahaha

The Chinese are usually those who came over in the past decade from Mainland China or HK. They love the clean, unpolluted environment.
I sense they are afraid to talk to me just in case……

Americans are usually Democrats from WA or CA. Don’t need to say more. Met a Floridian who thinks DeSantis should be in Jail for sending the undocumented to Sanctuary cities. Told me Biden was one of the best ever. I wisely listened without response. At least I knew he identified as male. He looked scary. Hahahha

So I have met some who think the Climate Agenda is Ok.

The number of respiratory illnesses are climbing by the day. Two good friends are down for the count. One shotted, one not. 1-3 weeks of symptoms. I feel for the tourists who come down with something on day 3 of a two week stay. I am surrounded by many ill symptomatic people and so far so good. They still go to restaurants but don’t do outdoor activities. My neighbour apparently flew back to London with a really bad cold. Wonder how many on her plane come down with whatever she has.

Met a group of Brits who are renting a house up the street. On day 3 half of them are too ill to enjoy the Winter sports. All over 70 and quadruple shotted. What’s the point of the shots. He agreed. Thankfully they don’t trust masks to work. Hahahaha

Will this season get worse in this petrie dish of a Resort? I’m about to find out. Possibly all of us will come down with whatever is going around.
