This may feel like we are in the mouth of a very large Great White, and seems utterly hopeless. It will be if we do not fight back. The weak point of a shark, is their eyes. We need to identify the eye of the Fo(u)rth Branch, and punch them right in the eye.
To begin the process of trying to get out of the mouth of the Fo(u)rth Branch:
Get off the Cloud computing
Try to get on a more secure privacy email (difficult)
Go to a local account on your computer and sign off of the Microsoft account – constant monitoring
Sign out of Google
Use a dedicated computer for privacy if possible
Run anti malware: Malwarebytes and CCleaner are good, example keeps the ads off of Youtube
Do not use your cellphone for anything but the phone
Do not do banking, business, or other personal things on the phone – totally monitored
Use public wifi for some things
Just a beginning list.
There is a reason why the Big Techs are pushing Cloud Computing. Total monitoring of everything you do. Every file that you do in MS Office (cloud version), Google Docs. Every file you save. Everything.
Cut off the information flow to them.
