Don’t believe Dems have changed their stance towards unions. Biden has done everything possible for them to get as much of what they wanted as possible. Maybe their complaints about taking time off are legit(I don’t know) but in the end they got significant pay increase and no President Repub or Dem can allow a railstrike to cripple the nation. He didn’t sell them out and they got as much as they were going to get. He and the Dems are still all in for unions whether it is good for the country or not.
