A year ago I added to my morning pre breakfast routine 100mg K2 and a megadose of vitamin D along with two TBSP of extra virgin olive oil, and 5 grams of fish oil. The K2 and mega dose of vitamin D are on the advice of Dr. Berg who has a devoted following on his YouTube channel.
I have been hearing a great deal about the importance of K2 lately. IMO your post is important and may encourage several Tenters to adopt a healthier diet.

I added K2 recently too and my diet has NO shortage of fats nor does my abdomen
