Visited Ho Chi Min City years ago not long after US relations were restored.
Bikes, cycles, cars and trucks all navigated the same lanes.
No signal lights, just traffic circles fed from every angle.
They were a hoot to watch, like choreographed dances.
Never saw a wreck.
GB, I believe you are becoming something of a philosopher.
