Well, the US had their sad day yesterday when it was voted unanimously to add the poison shots to the children’s vaccine schedule.

And now, a sad day in Canadian history: I’ve just learned that the travel mandates lawsuit (this is the one brought on by Brian Peckford I believe) has been tossed out. Imbecile judge said it was moot.

There goes hundreds of thousands of legal fees, countless hours of time etc all thrown our the window.

This is highly problematic, because Turd-o now knows that he can impose any draconian measures he wants, legal or not, leave them for a few months, and withdraw them as soon as a lawsuit is about to be heard. He can do this as many times as he wants, and his legal council is funded by we the taxpayers so it doesn’t cost him a cent.

The “moot” decision has set a constitutional precedent, and paved the way for more of this abusive tyrannical behaviour to be dished out.

I now know our justice system is a joke, our constitution and charter of rights and freedoms are as meaningless as a sheet of toilet paper, and that with the strike of a gavel a dictator has just been given carte blanche to fuck around with Canadians who do not follow his commands.

Please, no comments to the effect of “you Canucks are  screwed” or “you deserve this because you voted for him”. I am broken and in tears 🙁
