The company began measuring confidence in institutions in 1973 and has done so each year since 1993.

Doesn’t Armstrong contend that “confidence” is all that’s behind the dollar?
I suspect what this means, given the soaring dollar, is that in many other places, their confidence in their institutions, is even lower!!
If confidence in these institutions is so low, how come majority went along with the covid lies and took the killer shots?
