While it’s true the general American voter is easily manipulated and not very informed about what goes on(except what they hear from the MSM) the Dems have proven, with Covid as the latest example, that they don’t think for themselves and believe govt. cares about them. Repubs. are more likely to question and not take everything at face value. Again, lots of room for improvement on the Repub. side as well, BUT there is no comparison of the two.
