Theory: elevating one’s body temperature  increases the innate immune system by stimulating more interferon production.  Resulting in the ability to ward off the effects of a virus. Need to reach 39 C for extended time.  Recently a study discovered that the average body temp is  36.59 C.  it varies through the day.

My personal experience: (Not medical advice)   Apparently an ancient Indian remedy for illness was to “sweat it out”.  I’ve never owned a sauna but whenever I had the beginning of something I would go bundle up in extra sleep clothes,  a touque, more blankets and go to bed.   Curl up so that I got maximum temp increase.   Took no ASA or anything else.  Sleep didn’t always come.  It was to elevate my body temp. I can tell you it works for me.  The key is do this early.  A controlled fever can be good for the innate immune system to fight off viral infection.

I sweated it out in bed.  After a good period of time (6-8 hours) the fever broke.  Showered up and I would say that I was 95% better.  Took the next day off.  Back to life.  A total of two days and better.   I’ve used this since the early 90’s.  Possibly only works for viral infections.  Bacterial, not sure.  I believe most of my illnesses were viral.

This is a good video about what I had experienced.  I did not know the mechanism until now.

A sauna or the technique I use may be the answer to combating Covid.  Hot tubs result in soaking in chlorine or bromine and not recommended for long periods of time.

It all comes down to a healthy functioning innate immune system.  Repeated boosters are not the answer. Neither would be taking the shots in the first place.

Do your own research.

PS: This method should not to be used for children for various reasons.   Apparently they have a higher level of natural Interferon and are less affected by Covid.
