“The federal government has discussed invoking special emergency powers to deal with ongoing protests in Ottawa, Emergency Preparedness Minister Bill Blair says, calling a lack of enforcement in the nation’s capital “inexplicable.”
The government’s Incident Response Group and cabinet have had “daily” discussions about potential use of the Emergencies Act, Blair said in an interview on Sunday on Rosemary Barton Live.
A cabinet meeting was added to Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s itinerary late Sunday, and CBC News has learned that a meeting with the prime minister and premiers has been called for Monday morning.”

The silk underwear crowd gets in a tizzy when their orders aren’t obeyed. Their’s is a rarefied atmosphere! Using the military to disperse a peaceful, family oriented protest is insane. The government would lose it’s legitimacy world wide. It is shocking to find such fools as these in government!

The cops only arrested a handful and charged them with Mischief
The Protesters have said the Cops on the street have been “friendly” and respectful too
Lets see if the Military Leaders…whomever they are would be willing to come in guns ablazing against these Salt of the earth and family oriented folks

LOL…exactly, Fully! And the first line of defence, through which our military would have to thrust, would be our veterans. How likely is that? Just because every effete politician sees himself as Caesar doesn’t mean he is.
A reminder of the MANY articles posted long ago and since forgotten — the plan worldwide is for UN troops to be “asked” to assist sovereign nation military when they are forced to deal with their own populations. Training has been underway for years and UN vehicles are already placed in strategic locations. As soon as the miliary indicates that they will NOT shoot their own citizens than TPTB will look to replace them with soldiers from other countries who will. Remember the brigades of Chinese soldiers that were discovered training at remote camps in BC AND the stories of Chinese soldiers at Ontario Air Force training facilities. They are already trained and equipment is sitting idle awaiting their arrival. This has been the backup plan all along.
