The crowd was smaller but just as enthusiastic. I missed the horns.

The big change I saw was the Ottawa police were no longer masked up.

Parliamentary police still were.

Noticeably missing were the f’  trudummy signs. Especially the 45 foot one that was well painted on the side of a tractor trailer directly in front of the Hill.

Something else happened while I was there, they took down the police barriers that were in front of the Chateau Laurier Hotel on Wellington street. Do not know that it means much as trucks were on either side of the barricade but with a huge gap. The crowd sang O’Canada as the police worked.
