   He’s asking the right questions, offering up a MINIMAL expectation. (RESIGN)

   But the real answer requires SEVERE PRUNING of the administrative State.
   AND … constitutional protections that such pruning be a regular event going forward.

   I also believe that regulations — designed to protect — are very costly.
   So deregulate … but open the door to much harsher penalties for harms, beyond levels needed to make the victim whole. The penalties must be high enough to Effectively Deter, and Compensate Society for the added costs THAT WOULD OTHERWISE BE BORN to reimpose micro regulation.
