PM Stocks in Liquidation phase
Folks this is why I was so serious in my stern comments that once in a late Phase II one must respect the bear.. He is now having his way with those doubters and the complacent permanent bulls. The PM stocks are now very over sold and could pop a rally at any moment, but I am staying clear. This has every appearance of a Phase III annihilation drive. The bear has the ability to do this type of run when he has led so many bulls into the market for the final slaughter.
Thanks for the great and timely advice Sir Plunger.
Hats off to you, Sir Plunger.
Sold more fractions today, of some (very few) miners that are still up 2x-3x in my portfolio. I’d sold some fractions near the top, but definitely regret not selling more then. Today it was Anaconda (ANXGF)
I still think that many many PM juniors are good picks at near rock bottom prices, 50%-60%-70% off off recent highs, in many cases all time highs, in the very recent past. I’m glad I did not chase them out of fear of missing out, but now I get the same prices they were at in May 2021, from which they doubled/tripled/quadrupled too quickly, only to fall back to the same levels. In my amateurish learning, if a stock comes back to the same breakout point from where it had doubled tripled, it is a good first buy.
Would like to know if the Tenters are eyeing any juniors …

I AM GRATEFUL THAT YOU SO GENEROUSLY SHARED YOUR KNOWLEDGE AND ADVICE, SIR PLUNGER.
ON TUESDAY MORNING I SPOON FED THE THE LAST OF MY NFG.TO THAT I ACCUMULATED OFF RECENT LOWS.
ON WEDNESDAY MORNONG NFG WENT NO BID. IT DROPPED 10% IN MINUTES AND DID NOT RECOVER.
I AM IN 100% CASH. WAITING.
Sir Silver Fox,
At what price would you buy NFG.TO or NFGFF again? Today’s NFGFF low of 6.30 is same bottom as on August 10th, from which it rocketed to 10!
As I remarked in my earlier reply, NFGFF was a FOMO (fear of missing out) candidate but I’ve not touched it so far!
How about ESKYF?

It would be nice for posters to mention their best juniors. I need to redo my buy list
Would love to help out … but that’s not my game.
I’m a timer, not a picker.
And so I’ll go with GDXJ and SILJ when I get my signals.
I will also continue to be in a secular correction for another year or two given my EW outlook.
By that time, I will have a better idea of which jurisdictions will allow their mines to remain in private hands. At some point, when things get really bleak, folks like Trudy might go full bore socialist and nationalize. You can see their mentality already.
If only their were more mines in Hungary … not many politicos that I have much confidence in these days. At some point, many will become desperate.
In Canada natural resources are in the domain of the provinces. Justine will have an awful fight with all 10 premiers (equivalent US state governors) if he wants to take control of any natural resources.
