Maybe a mild “vaxxident” as Clif High would say. He’s having temporary brain problems due to the degenerative effects of the vaccine spike protein. If he were driving it might have been turning left into oncoming traffic thinking it was safe to do so because he was temporarily confused but not aware of it. I think it’s like dementia which in old people comes and goes at first but stays for longer and longer periods as it progresses. I don’t think the “she” expression fits into any of his political correctness language tricks although he may try to make one up to cover his embarrassing mistake. Just like an old man denying he’s going senile might in order to restore his sense of dignity.
