Word of caution: I don’t think they have proven covid-19 doesn’t exist, just that the Government of Alberta (Canada?) can’t “prove” it exists.

So how would Ontario, or California, or NY … handle that kind of challenge?

Good question. I wonder if the Government of Alberta was looking ahead to possible lawsuits if they can’t prove covid exists. That could put them in an embarrassing and expensive position. So as you ask, where are the others?
I don’t think they’ve proven the tooth fairy doesn’t exist either, but it’s as close to a certainty as were likely to get.
