When companies are having a hard enough time filling open positions you are going to create even more openings by limiting people who are willing and able to work because of bullshit, politically correct nonsense. We know it isn’t confirmed by the science and it’s not about health. Maybe it is an excuse for companies to accelerate the trend to robots. Purposely create a worse labor shortage so you need to automate even more.
