Lots of miners (EXK and AXU to name two that I own) are back to where they were in early 2013, right before silver broke down from $28 into the pits of hell, which would suggest to me that the $28-30 resistance zone is extremely significant.
Conservatively, I would guess that the next resistance zone would be around $34-35, which was established by the initial bounce after the crash from $49 and the tops of the subsequent bounces off of the $27-28 level.
I firmly believe that $50 will be broken and the initial price target of the massive 40 year cup and handle in the $90s will eventually get hit. The questions are when and what path it will take to get there.
