Looks to me like from this article that the Airline Industry is treading lightly regarding “forced” vaccination for employees.

Looks to me like they have taken notice ( ie legal opinion) that doing so opens them up to huge liabilities as If..when..an employed who was coerced into being vaxxed …gets sick or dies…the employer will be potentially liable AND there will be compensation under OSHA rules.

Looks like these airlines are trying to walk a tightrope between appeasing Snowflakes and Saving their Asses against existential legal actions.
