The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention will report only those breakthrough cases resulting in hospitalization or death. The agency also lowered the testing threshold, but only for the fully vaccinated (ie PCR reduced to 28 cycles results in fewer false positives).

That’s totally unfair. Why the hell are vaccinated and unvaccinated individuals cycled at different thresholds? Oh wait, the answer is obvious. Gawd, what a bunch of blatant tyrants. They actually come right out and say that they are doing this unfairly, and are arrogant enough to think no one notices.
The CDC is really trying to suppress the Breakthrough Cases but keep the false asymptomatic cases elevated, otherwise their narrative falls apart.
I still have not received a response from my local Health Clinic regarding PCR tests and whether the MDs are requesting the CT score when a positive is recorded. The Executive Director did not know what a CT score was. Most Covid cases were admitted to be asymptomatic. They are baffled. I say they are useful idiots in prolonging this lunacy.
Yes, people have died. Most are above their life expectancy and/or had underlying serious health concerns.
Very soon we will reach Herd Immunity. The Diamond princess was a great learning experiment. Likely up to 80% onboard the ship had some form of cross-reactivity. Their bodies had seen something similar and were able to deal with it in a non-lethal manner.
Fix the PCR test reporting and the deaths will be accurately reported. It’s over in N America. It’s beyond criminal and more people are waking up to the BS.
