Even with today’s early weakness in the metals, SII is holding like a rock. It looks like the 50% retracement mentioned in the previous update, is as much a pullback as it is going to have. You never know how long the handle will take to develop and break higher. I would take an initial position in case it takes off. It’s relative strength signals that won’t be far off.
