our cities and towns are full of these dreamers, my regional district is spending 170k for a small beach gazebo with a tin roof.
I have family in western Michigan …. they get no sun in the winter time.
and if a couple homes get a hot tub then all that solar may feed * homes now. We have a similar gig a couple towns away and city hall just passes the bill onto the taxes and gloats like the pig in the video.
