Looks like the famous head and shoulder formation.  Second shoulder in progress.

I’ve been expecting a drop since oil reached some multi-year resistance.  Maybe it’s a break out, but oil, like gold sometimes overshoots things and cruelly reverses.  I know because I learned the hard way!  I’m just watching this but it really looks like something.
