This guy Vince Lanci posts on ZH and I think I quoted or linked to him recently on a related topic. He wrote this post back in 2017 describing the trading and manipulation in the gold and silver markets back in the Nineties. It is a great read if you follow silver and especially if you want to know about the relationship to gold trading and how the bullion banks operate. I learned things I did not know and I have been following these markets for 50 years.
