On Dec 17 the DSI on the US Dollar was 9. I have never seen that before. That means that 91% of small specs were bearish. That kind of extreme low reading usually goes with significant bottoms. Unlike gold, silver and the miners which are nowhere near such sentiment.  The miners are still in a consolidation with clear support and resistance and, so far, very predictable bottoms. Lets see if the pattern holds.
