Miller fails to remind the FOX team that SCOTUS suits remain in place, even without TX.
In many cases, it can be argued, that prior suit FAILURES were the desired outcome to speed their move up the chain.

So far no signs of alternate slates for MN, VA, and … we can dream … CA.
(Lots of CA folks I know think T really won CA too.)

For those not familiar, there are now dueling slates that will go to Congress, and Miller believes SCOTUS should weigh in on which Congress should accept.
