   Interesting. I like the simplicity of this chart.

   This looks like a weekly chart?

   Out of interest what are the moving averages used?

   And the indicator below looks like a moving average convergence/divergence?

     I lurked the cci combo from Stephano a few yrs back. CCI89 over zero line is the 50ma. CCI at 50 setting I found works good for 2 divergence hunting in conjunction. Also the 89 takes out the racket. Screen space gets too busy and have learnt to just keep it simple as possible for the quick scans and all. 20/50/200 lines used on price.

   Always appreciate folks flagging issues near their bottoms.

   Even using monthly charts, I find its difficult to confirm bottoms even after a lag.
   This would definitely be a bottom fishing attempt.
   I have three indicators I use for that.
   I watch the williams for a 50 cross. Its at 32.
   MACD for a zero line cross; its not all that close. Same for my third indicator.
   On this bounce, which appears to be an ABC from the spring, we are testing the 200dma for the first time in ages, but getting overbought on my weekly.

   Not big on fundies as a trader (but make sense if investing), but household formation (rings) remains pretty muted and my understanding is that synthetics are abundant and virtually undetectable. And the deBeers marketing chain remains under severe pressure. Cryptos also handle border crossings pretty well and are easier to unload.
