These legislaters are primarily Republicans . They will not want to alienate their consituants…This is how democracy works
if there is enough distrust of the vote count and the counters refuse to recount or audit…the state legislatures should have no recourse but to NOT certify the election.
It then falls to a vote in the US House …compulsory that each state votes based on which party controls the state legislature 27 Red 20 Blue 3 tied !
Seems to me to be the simplest “path” for Trump to the Presidency !

It wouldn’t surprise me if voting data analysis clearly shows patterns across several states which are theoretically impossible. This evidence should be enough for legislators, judges and Justices to decide that vote fraud was determinative in these states, thereby invalidating the results. These legislators, judges and Justices have, no doubt, been watching the same riots as the rest of us on TV. They will know full well, that if they do their jobs ethically, they will likely unleash far worse rioting that we have seen to date. It will take considerable courage to do the right thing. Conservatives need to make it very clear that if a corrupt election is acceptable, then the country no longer is.
No one mentioned it But if Biden is certified the stated goal is pack the court …rendering the present SCOTUS Judges redundant.
