We’re going to FINALLY learn about the HAMMER. It is a military computer designed for various activities. Primarily to spy on foreigners. Obama and Clapper repurposed it to spy on Americans, especially political opponents of Obama. Maxine Waters bragged about it publicly, and how they’d never lose again and how powerful it made Obama (dirt on Justice Roberts?). The HAMMER (software code or hardware too? not sure yet) was used to help steal this election at the submission junction points (besides the fraud of paper ballots).
