It feels real good to watch Trump get the boot. After all the media and everyone else really wanted that to happen, I watched the polls prior to Tuesday night, and that’s what they were telling me at least.
But now you are telling me that I was also voting for a mandate to:
Take immediate action on COVID, the economy, climate change, systemic racism.

I realize your opening paragraph was to make a point. What I don’t understand is that so many people(brainwashed from media bombardment for 4 years) just had to get rid of Trump. I know a lot of people have limited mental capacity and therefore can’t seperate personality from actual policies and effectiveness. What policies and programs over his 4 years were so terrible? The stupid media narrative that so many idiots buy into about imperial Presidency, dictator, Stalin like is such total nonsense. Yes, he has a huge ego(tell me anyone who runs for President who doesn’t,maybe Jimmy Carter, decent human being, not very effective President). And yes, he is always promoting himself, so what. Compared to the crooks and corrupt jerks before him.
Plus 1 ( I was brainwashed…so I know how it can happen…and most people who are bombarded every day with constst falsehoods have no capacity or reason to doubt the narrative.
They will however wake up when they see where this is going ( perhaps too late)
