   Some of the best who used to post here are now posting daily on Twitter. e.g. Patrick and Northstar. Others have left simply because the “Seekers of Truth” and “Freedom Enthusiasts” vilify and slander any whose views differ from theirs.

   Twitter has become a very good source for technical analysis.

     AND in the media … I make a game of listening for conclusion, that are then never substantiated with any facts or analysis backing it up. That’s exactly how echo chambers work.

   The endless posts about the scamdemic are all saying the same thing, over and over and over. How many times do we need to say “The world is round?” I really miss Northstar’s analysis and others, its why I joined this group. Technical analysis of precocious metals, not political twatter.

     Fully’s on a mission, AP. He’s fighting, in his way, against the totalitarianism of our time. I commend him for it. Should we all just work around the impositions of our governments? If that is our response, soon enough there will be no work arounds. Our freedom will be gone.

   There are millions of places to do that. This site was setup for technical analysis of the PM complex. Nowhere did it say it was designed for endless political twaddle. Yet that is what it has devolved to.

   Let’s not forget this site feeds into paid subscriptions which I assume that business is waning/down. In a PM bull market that is unfathomable. I like to think economics solves most problems. Subscriptions down = Format change back TA focus? I hope so.

   There are very few sites that try to counter the MSM narrative of the most important issue of our lifetime.

   The site had ample room for TA and for Political Twaddle :)…and yes it does say so if you review the mission statement

   We have increased hits exponentially since we began adding Covid Commentary and Alternative views to the MSM.

   A lot of new people are finding the site very informative judging from the number of hits and feedback

   The lights have never been brighter.

   I find it surprising that many of you who have commented negatively have not contributed any TA of late

   We have a TA only policy during trading hours and we accept TA all day every day as well.

   Feel free to contribute you TA ideas.

   Bottom line we still have some great traders and TA analysts here …presently it is sparse mostly because PMs have been dull and disappointing.

     It was only an assumption. I figure if people come for TA and TA is lacking/missing from previous volume than people MAY not stay long enough to purchase further content. Is my logic flawed?

      I find this comment a bit harsh, “depths of human stupidity”. But this person is entitled to his opinion. The site is merely asking for a return to why the site was created. There is no arguing that we have had some excellent TA posters depart recently. I guess we should simply ask, what do we want the tent to be?

        I personally want the tent to be what it is right now.

        Precious metals and related TA as well as discussion of the greatest issue of our life time and not coincidentally a very important driver of the PMs.

        Northstar and Patrick are good guys and do good TA.

        They came here as neophytes and left as semi Rock Starts

        We Encouraged them Gave them an endless Platform to develop their skills…praised them promoted them appreciated them

        and in return asked nothing…and then they left….without so much as a thank you.

        Nortstar is a Meteorologist..I asked him a few times to give us his opinion of the Contriversial Global Weather Debate

        he gladly responded…he was on the side of the Globalists . I thanked him and accepted his arguments and was appreciative

        Then I came upon what seemed like an excellent article showing the opposite viewpoint..and he chose not to discuss it any further…so be it…to each his own…But for the record ..We nurtured these guys and helped them along…so I do feel good about that.

        Also I don’t think Twitter is nearly as good a format for presenting in depth TA Analysis…So yes it is unfortunate they are in Twitter Gulag 🙂

        I feed my Pony and my ass every day too and they never ever once said thanks…

        I just read the comment thread. A.M. thinks I was being too harsh, but I reserve my deepest contempt for those that complain when the harsh light of truth is shone into their private cocoons. They would gladly send their neighbors to the gulags, just as long as they don’t have to watch. The only thing they find offensive, is the ugliness of the evil that surrounds them, and if left unseen, are perfectly fine with it’s endeavors. They are worse than sheep, for they are not ignorant – just uncaring and profoundly foolish.

        I agree with one comment – you ARE a hero for doing what you can to shed light on (and try to abort) the grand movement or “denouement” of the Great Reset that tptb are hellbent on implementing at our expense, and detriment. If not for people like you, we would be much further down the road to enslavement (or worse) by now. I thank you ,and others should as well, for being courageous and vocal about the tyranny that has been set upon us, that many can’t (or worse, refuse to) see due to their blind faith in .gov and even more, in the medical “establishment”.

      I’m with Fully. I think it’s a good balance right now with the ‘counter-MSM’ threads coming after market hours. The MSM really is out of control. Look at Yahoo as an example. They’ve banned the ability for individuals to comment on articles. Our outlets are becoming fewer and fewer, and this site is doing a good job of countering the ‘official’ narrative in my opinion. The attraction to gold, for the majority I would assume, does go hand in hand with a longing for truth and accountability in government/society as a whole. It’s only making the site better for me. Cheers!

      Absolutely. He’s not been shy, and that takes real courage.

      And to Surf and other conservatives who have turned their back on Trump ….
      I’m with all of you who cringe at his remarks, and his personality. But I try to look beyond the superficial, and track his steps closely. He is REALLY sharp behind the scenes, given the opposition he faces from within his own supposed ranks.

      IMO … he’s the best President the US has had in my adult lifetime (given the context), in terms of staying out of new wars, keeping his promises or trying his best and largely succeeding in the face of unimaginable adversity. At his core, I believe he’s doing everything he can with an honest heart. And I say this as someone who gets VERY DEEP INTO THE POLITICAL WEEDS, as Fully knows. I’m no knee jerk tag along.

    These are the issues of our time. Not simply a left vs right but freedom vs totalitarian. For those who want ONLY charts…What do charts matter if there’s no freedom? The radical left (which is communist) is already saying math is racist, history is racist, disagreement with them is racist, milk is racist. Look at the commie revolution in China, what happened to the arts and music? It was destroyed. If you can’t see what’s happening right in front of your eyes then you are sleeping. THANK GOD for president Trump and others who are standing against the radical commie left. If charting is more important to you and freedom doesn’t matter you need to imagine a world where ‘smart rich people’ who ‘make money off trading’ should be jailed because they resist the force to give all their money to their neighbor.

    I understand an argument saying there are too many posts on freedom and you really want the charting content, even though you love freedom too. Perhaps a compromise would be 1 daily entry and all the freedom discussion goes under that entry of the – super important exceptions of course, but generally speaking 1 entry per day and all the talk goes in the one entry for the day?? Maybe make it two posts per day? I don’t know, but perhaps there’s a compromise to be had. However to remove freedom talk would be foolish as markets are, unfortunately, influenced by political action.

    What really matters in life? Who knows? In my case it’s my faith. I’m a Christian, so I see things in terms of eternity. This time we have here is a small blip, so, as Trump would say, “It is what it is.” I find it interesting how a person changes with just the simple accumulation of information. Fully was a skeptic, now he’s all in for a position only a year ago he would have thought insane. That’s where we all should be, willing to change, given information. Anyone can go overboard, as we all do on occasion. Read on if you like, or go away, but to complain is futile and meaningless in this wickedly short life we all have.

      Sorry AP, left-right-center – it DOES matter because when your core values (the one’s you teach your kids) are threatened, you need to take a stand. More and more people are getting to that point where compromise = losing (I’ve been in that state of mind since Reagan and it’s only gotten worse). The various agenda’s of the left will NEVER be satiated – that is a fact that mostly persons over the age of 35 or so might comprehend.

      All points of the leftist agenda lead to a consolidation or ceding of power to the top – it’s been happening for decades and goes way beyond US borders.

      Watch Yuri Bezemov’s take on efforts/strategies to take down western culture and democracies, study how the Red Revolution evolved and how THOUSANDS of years of cultural heritage was wiped out in a single decade. It may not be Russia, or China driving things but marxism and totalitarianism definately is. LIVE FREE or DIE isn’t just catch phrase for many Americans – and it shouldn’t be for Aussies, Europeans or Canadians either. TA is still the core of this site but it is also a place where the underlying reasons one is interested in PM’s to begin with can be discussed. If I trusted governments with the fruits of my labor, why would I be at all concerned with pretty rocks?

        Got news for you. I place the blame for our malaise on BOTH parties, but especially so with the Reagan Revolution, which institutionalized “trickle down economics” or, “give all the money to the top 1% and they will send some of it down to the rest of us”. Didn’t happen, it all stayed at the top. Along with all the power and wealth. When the Democrats try to fix this they run into stonewalling from Republicans and get nowhere, mostly because Democrats have no spine. Meanwhile, the middle class gets screwed.

        I was hoping Trump would fix this but just like every Republican before him his focus was on giving yet more tax dollars to the 1%. His tax cut reduced my taxes, but most of the benefit went to the 1%, while increasing the deficit during a period, where, because of demographics, accelerated growth was going to be impossible. Growth comes from a growing labor force (people) at this stage that’s just not happening. especially with the all time record debt load we have, both public and private.

        So now we have an election between two very bad choices. Biden, who is 100% establishment, and Trump who is about as corrupt as one can get, looking out for himself and nobody else. Neither one has the middle class as their focus.
