Probably nothing. But perhaps preparing for the next bio warfare attack on US citizens, by flagging drinking water as the delivery mechanism.
Best just get the hell out of Dodge (the USA), while its still possible.
It could also be a false flag initiated by California, and other Demon rats States, to stop people leaving for Texas.
