“JANET ASKS: I was entering Walmart the other day and the gentleman in front of me when asked by the greeter to put on a mask, replied, “no, I have a medical condition” and was allowed to enter the store without one.
I asked the greeter if that’s all it takes to avoid wearing a mask and she said “yes.” They cannot question the validity of this statement.
If people don’t want to wear a mask — whether they have a medical condition or not — can they simply make this statement and enter?
THE ANSWER: The short answer is yes .”

This little PH Fifedom where I live was first to order masks
This was after the “pandemic” passed over the area leaving maybe 1 person ( outside of the nursing Home Fiasco here) in the community dead.
There were maybe 4 new cases a week at that time
They said they would review the situation in two weeks to see if it was under control
Well there are no new cases and no one is in the hospital and 3 people are in quarantine…but the mask mandate is now said to be for at least a year.

What is that medical condition that causes you to yell obscenities at people? That could well be my next medical problem.

Note the wording in the Orangeville article: a “charity” complained. It was the Canadian Constitution Foundation, not the March of Dimes, Shriners or anyone like that.
They had nothing to do with the new “wording” the health unit said. They actually had threatened legal action. And it wasn’t for mere clarification, it was because it violated the both the Charter of Rights and Freedoms as well as the Ontario Human Rights Act.
It’s real sobering to see these little health units and town councils turn into their own little fourth reichs. Power really does seem to have an intoxicating effect on just about everyone.
How about the speed limits on highway 10 going from 80 by Orangeville and then turning into 60 just north of it? I’ve always wondered who thought that made any sense. Then there’s that crosswalk by the main intersection in Shelburne that’s turning into a small town version of Checkpoint Charlie and the Korean DMZ all in one… Imagine what our little world will be like if these public health “emergency” orders aren’t stopped. There’s a little dictator waiting for power in every small town in Ontario.
It might not be as small as any sort of medical condition. It might be enough if you have a conscientious objection according to the Ontario Human Rights act which is mostly concerns matters of religion, ethnicity and other forms of group association that can lead to discrimination. I think being discriminated against because you refuse to comply with arbitrary municipal bylaws is a violation of one’s rights and is directly as result of the municipal authorities orders –they’ve forced store owners to discriminate against people not wearing masks without providing any substantial public health reason for the bylaw.
And one other thing… notice it’s not an opposition party or our own government “representatives” who are putting the brakes on these outrageous lockdown measures but private groups dedicated to things like the Constitution.

The mayors and councillors of the municipaloties in Ontario actually had a meeting ( presumedly a video conference) with Bill Gates according to that Lawyer who is filing a law suite and a day later they all mandated masks…before that there were many many holdouts.
These fecking idiots mandated masks when all the cases in their fifedons dropped to zero.
Where is Doug Ford…champion of the little guy >? he could do like the Governor of Ohio and overturn this bullshit

This WDG Public Health Czar is responsible for allowing the deplorable conditions in Shelburne Residence
a nursing home with 60 beds
ALL 60 tested positive in a short time and half of them died
They had to call in the millitary.
They are Going to punish the owners and managers of this facility …BUT who is responsible
This Bitch Health Czar should be held responsible. They spend all their time harassing hair dressers and tatoo parlors and didn’t bother to inspect a nursing home ?
