The gold/silver ratio gave us the confidence that this rally was going to happen. It may be giving us clues again. Remember – a falling ratio means silver will ou-perform gold. In a bull market, that means gold is rising, but silver is rising faster (relative to gold in percentage terms).
Yep. Daily charts saying correction.. monthly says we still got fuel. Inflexion point. When daily reverses signals.. then monthyl will continue unwards.
During a bull market the surprises happen to the upside. You may also want to check with your Cycles Expert (Sorry that’s not me). This Daily Cycle is very right translated so what we will see in the near future is only a DCL and not the Intermediate Cycle Low ICL. So there will be one more Daily Cycle which will be left translated. Traders will need to be watching this next Daily Cycle as it likely will breakdown early after making a new high. As for the Intermediate Cycle we are only into week 17 of the typical 17 to 25 week cycle. This being the first IC of the year this one should be very right translated. Personally I have not decided if I want to trade any of this relatively quick drop into an ICL. I have a nice chunk of SDGM that would be easy to trade just one stock.
Like to see GSR take slow path to down like it took almost 9 years to top after bottoming in 2011. Slow down.. A quick drop like in 2011 kills the market quickly.
