When/what is the next level to take some profits off the table?

When/what is the next level to take some profits off the table? Level in HUI? In gold price? In silver price?
Profits could be taken by selling 10-15% of a individual stock position that has doubled or tripled (so, I’m in no way setting the bar low 🙂 )

$1850 Gold
$2000
$2150
Thank you James.
Yes, as gold approaches each round number, even $1800, it might not be bad to sell just 5% positions (those that are 2x-3x-4x or more-x baggers).

Thats a personal thing.
But a great question
The only answer i can think of is…Not Yet
The whole M.O. of this forum is to ask, analyze and digest the tenters’ “personal” opinions.
One could look at simple RSI reaching nosebleed levels, but overbought can get overbought-er 🙂
Another measure is how far above the 200 DMA or 200 EMA or the 50 DMA or 50 EMA, is the chart “overstretched”
I have seen many great chartists on this forum, so just asking what they think, as per TA.
Hypothetical example:
Say, I dollar-cost-average-down to $5 a share for 2000 shares, when I stopped buying more.
If a $10k individual stock position (not an ETF) reaches $25k, is it worth selling position to the proceeds of $5k? For those proceeds of $5k, I have to sell 400 shares, or 20% of the entire position.
