Loading ...From Double Bottom to Double Up
In my May 7th post “Double Bottom” I recommended ERJ under 5. It fell to 4 over the next few days. It took off to almost 9 before reversing to just under 6 currently. This is a double from here. Buy under 6, may go to 5.60? Should see between 11-13. 
Chartmaster, with the economy in free fall, why is this stock a double from here? Thanks for your input.
I don’t want to say I totally disregard fundamentals and news but I care ten times more about the chart. Look at the chart. Gap at 11.5-12 will be filled. My original recommendation explained that the deal at $20 with Boeing fell thru. With the worsening fundamentals for economy and airplanes, airlines etc the value might be $13 instead of the $20 Boeing was going to pay. Maybe airlines will switch to smaller more efficient jets with less people flying. Not sure what the ultimate fundamentals will work out to be but I feel 12-13 is reasonable and I like the chart a lot. Hope that helps, Good Luck.
