   If this is true Kemmrich then we will see a HUGE spike in cases now that the people have been uncaged and are standing shoulder to shoulder by the tens of thousands all over the world.

   Do you think that will happen ?

   Depends on how many of the “uncaged” are infected. If they practiced social distancing over the past couple of months, then we might not have a huge spike.
   By the way, I was one of those that thought warmer weather and more “outdoor” time would help. Don’t know if it does or not with this one.

   So Large Gatherings like Sporting events and concerts and wink wink…Riots are OK …but social distancing and quarantine are beneficial too ?

     Fully, sorry to say it, but you have lost all objectivity in this crusade. If the article agrees with your predisposition, then it is the truth. If it varies from the new accepted doctrine, it is MSM or “fake news”. Wake up, you have become what you accuse the “sheeple” of.

       I have woken up

       I was accepting everything the MSM and Health “Officials” were promoting until they started censoring anyone with a different opinion…that seals the deal for me

       Its is YOU who needs to wake up….and perhaps grow up.

       The truth of the matter is that the article referred to in the passage posted mentions Imperial College department which is financed/ or receives grants from Melinda and Bill Gates Foundation.

       Their simulation software was shredded to bits after an improved version was submitted to Github !

       So it seems the Imperial Collage has nothing ( only a simulation software that delivers random results !!!!!!) to back up their writing.

       1200 epidemiologists have written to encourage demonstrations ( not rioting…although they have NOT condemned that even)

       Encourage mass demonstrations …a day after they were decrying opening too soon !

       They say the demonstataions are more important than the lives that will be lost to covid.

       is that not a pathetic turn of events ?

   Prefatory disclamatory notes: I act as a troll to myself (I often argue against my own provisional positions) so as not to be too smug or sure of myself since I am not omniscient. Also, I have not read the article.

   I think it is rather hard to know. We have not done and cannot do a double-blinded controlled experiment on what would have happened with more or less of the lockdown and (anti)social distancing.

   We cannot be certain that the virus is not mutating to become less nasty, as can happen.

   We cannot be certain that there are strains of significantly different characteristics in Brazil as opposed to Canada or elsewhere.

   We, or at least I, do not know the extent to which people affected in Brazil use air conditioning. Nor do I know whether it has been rigorously studied whether sudden movements between hot and cool environments has an effect on transmission or other characteristics of the disease.

   etc.

   Now back to the markets.
