   Its a well known you don’t want to end up in a CHSLD (gov’t old age homes). Smell of urine… understaffed… no respect for last wishes (ex. do not resuscitate orders)… etc.. I DO NOT WANT TO END UP THERE.

   Not by design, they just do not care. No respect for the elderly in the West any longer. The moral decay of western society. The children ship parents off to these “care” homes, to die. Out of sight, out of mind. When a society descends like this, you know its days are numbered, as it descends into its own hell, of opiate addiction, suicide and general loss of meaning.

   In Asia, societies have managed to retain respect for their elderly citizens, who are cared for within the family. Education is highly valued, parents are highly respected, with a belief structure centered around the family and family values.

   I can attest to these Canadian Numbers.

   The dirtiest most cramped homes were hit hardest

   One of the largest homes in Toronto which is pristine and has more privacy and small local dining areas and dedicated staff ( who only work there) has had no cases so far.

   To the 81% deaths in care homes you can add another 10% at least who died from outbreaks in seniors homes and hospitals

   leaving a miniscule chance of dying if you were not in these facilities in Canada.
