Loading ...Miners Making Some Big Moves
Having cleared out my portfolio during the March madness, I took the opportunity to drastically reduce the number of positions I hold. I have 3 Uranium plays, currently up 12-25% in a few days, plus the following big names which have made these big jumps today…
Newmont +12%
Barrick +9%
Yamana +8%
Kinross +7%
Americas Gold & Silver +7%
Agnico Eagle +6%
Franco Nevada +6%

Good stuff. BTO up 12% today and XGD up 9.5%. Bull market anyone?
I did the same in March, reduced portfolio from 20+ holdings to 12 holdings, 80% big producers, 20% developers and only holding 1 silver name as gold miners are making the most free cash flow right now and attract institutional money. I assume GDX 30 could be resistance and maybe we pull back for some weeks, but at 1700+ gold profits will be huge at most big miners, exactly what BTG showed us today.
Spock/Plunger up nearly 8% on a NICE strong close!
BTW, Just an FYI….I’ve kept my investment in Spock’s Rock’s since it’s inception and slowly added to it.
When I report, it’s not promoting at all, just where we are at. In fact I have even renewed my subscription lately.
I never tried to trade as I suck at it and I have way better luck sticking to what I’ve done best, custom woodworking.
I invested in physical many years ago, buying at under $200 oz. and continued to load up more and miners as a hedge.
I haven’t liked the ups and downs but I’ve kept reminding myself that it’s all a safe haven for if and when the economy goes south.
The last several years in the trades have been the best ever as no one has gotten into them for the past few decades!
One client I talked to told me, you guys in the trades are like the new lawyers, you’re all expensive and we can never get hold of you!
I said to her, “Yeah I know, I love it!” LOL!
I added most of Plunger’s picks when he first brought them up, but not quite all of them.

Yes Aurum, all boats will rise and many unexpectedly!
Some of these micros will outperform all of them down the road.
