Oil challenging $44 to the downside
One of these days, those oil price drops are gonna show up in cheaper gas. Right? Right??? Last I checked the downside target is $38…or so.
They will pay us to take it away soon 🙂
You mean gas at the pump? Indeed.. that is what I mean by cost of living… price of car fuel not cut in 3, even if oil is cut by 3 it’s previous peak.. some cost of living just cant be undone by lower commodity prices.

Is there a difference between losing purchasing power and inflation? My house would of cost half 5 years ago… is that me lowing purchase power OR the cost of living is twice more?

Dow Futures now Green
Yup, Dow hanging in there just below 200 point gain, gold hitting $1600 for +$32…we’ll see how well this holds overnight. Oil back above $46…quite the quick turnaround. I think I got whiplashed there…
Gold close to 50% recovery of Friday’s plunge. I doubt we’ll hold that once NY markets open tomorrow, but it is still encouraging.
