Cost of living going up … another reason Silver is holding strong.
Edit: experimenting with a 9 moving average of silver with condense time scale (pinned to renko of inflation rate)
Most of the high and lows match pretty darn close….
I’m thinking silver is THE inflation play. Next release CPI March 11, 2020
I have previously described reasons why I don’t think silver is a sure bet right now, much as I’d like it to be. The charts certainly make it want to go up though, don’t they?
In addition to your shorter term charts, some longer term charts I think point upwards. Copy-paste should be good. I used some arbitrary lines/indicators. I think it’s good to plug in your own. Things shouldn’t necessarily depend on some special super-duper input mix. I use different input every day. (10 yr monthly log chart; 5 yr monthly linear; 2 yr weekly linear — all w slow stoch MACD OBV Boll bands EMAs)

Some charts clearly shows Deflation is in the play.: Gold to CRB ratio and also inverse INRF .
Again.. define deflation? A decrease or stage 4 decline in certain commoditiy prices? I’m talking about cost of living.. which can still stay stable or go up.. amidst decreasing commodity prices. See how they calculate cpi basket.
