Canamex Gold.CSQ
Lot of discussions on News release by Spock.
Now that it is out Request to Spock that he provides many holder of his company provide why this is financially a great deal for stockholders.
Seems there are many here more than on his Spockg.com.
There are many remarkable things about Spock. Some remarkable positive, some not. This is not a good site for making many potentially salient remarks, but I can say that I agree that it would be best if, hypothetically speaking, he were to describe things himself. Perhaps he cannot, however.
He is quite capable of seeing advantages to a deal that many of us — certainly I — do not see easily. He absolutely can be unusually astute. He may well be far advanced beyond all or nearly all of us in understanding this financing or even juniors’ financings in general. Moreover, when he communicates, he can communicate extraordinarily well. In fact, to the extent he is open to criticism it is to a significant degree that he has not been communicative when people have been eager for his thoughts. He has not volunteered to explain some positions, or he has not wanted to defend them from criticism. More recently has been in a legal position where he cannot discuss many things,a position neither his subscribers nor his shareholders wanted him to be in.
On the communications topic, last time I looked at the company website (maybe 1-2 wk ago) I found it a most anomalous one. Let me put it that way. Perhaps it was because of the lawyers and laws. If he cannot explain things there, perhaps he cannot explain things here.
I do not know whether Canamex is allowed to be trading in Canada. There may be extra super duper restrictions on communications under such conditions. Then there are the rather extraordinary conditions of having a subscription service — formed by a merger of two, one of which contains Canamex — and then this site, associated with that service.
It is entirely possible that he may legally be forbidden from explaining things here for all I know if there are trading restrictions. He may be aching to give us a really good explanation that would be more than satisfying. I just don’t know.
So it would be nice in theory to have a detailed explanation, but it may not be possible.
My understanding is that no public comments from officers are allowed until the halt is lifted..BUT the fact they have negotiated and received this financing agreement means someone…presumably an astute royalty company…has great interest in their project.
That is a huge positive IMHO
I spoke to Mike Stark a few weeks ago and he sounded very upbeat, for what its worth. FGC is correct, no public comment is allowed during the halt.
