Silver is tricky. Since it has properties of a precious metals AND of a commodity… Bob can be very erratic… he needs the right combination of love and hugs to get REALLY happy. Then usually overdoses on all that goodness… and goes in a long depression.

Stan Weinstein used the Mansfield Relative Strength Index to see how a stock was outperforming it’s sector, and/or index. He would favor those crossing from under performance (below zero line) to out performance (above zero line). Silver coiling up on that line.. right now just crossing over…

Will we get a series of smaller melt-ups like the 3rd bull era… OR two violent ones like the 1st and 2nd bull eras?
