   Crash of 2008 looks like blip and is not even a noticeable as crash compare to current consolidation since 2011 top.

   Who says gold is not in secular bull market?? Buying gold any time is a financially a sound idea.

   GOLD Silver and Royaty stocks are buy and hold assets.

   All others to be traded.

   5 9’s is too pure. when time to sell you do not get the premium back.

   Currently 4 9’s and simple gold bar oz selling price is same.

   But it is pretty.

   No Institution will not be able to buy it at that level.

   I’ve kept meaning to ask if you are still sticking with HGU only still?
   It’s an intriguing concept, simple and easy to manage.
   Kind of the opposite of what I’m doing with 50 stocks!
   But I could see going that way easily.

     I am using XGD ( the 1X Canadian PM Miner ETF) as my core

     Sometimes I augment it with HGU ( 2X Bull) or hedge it with HGD 2X Bear)

     So far so good

     The only glitch…XGD underperforms the US ETFs like GDX if the Canadian Dollar Strengthens vs the US….but just a minor thing
