Well here we are almost a decade later and it’s Palladium ( the most obscure PM)
Which has reached this level and with no sign of retreat

Spot price reached $1999.63 then backed off $50…will this be it ?
What about rhodium? And osmium!
Kitco has long tried to vend rhodium – has the price at > 5500 (I presume per ounce). Fairly nice charts ( http://www.kitco.com/charts/rhodium.html ) . Osmium might be almost priceless as far as I know !
(BTW I am not being serious. Both have their specialized markets, but I think it might be way too hard for anyone but a specialized company to sell rhodium or osmium. Selling one’s palladium might be tough enough if a downleg of a parabola were to be encountered.)
