Stan Weinstein’s Forest to Trees approach
My latest podcast made me see that, in a PM bull run, we have a forest of instruments to use or play. Here are the forests… Gold gets out performed by Silver, Silver gets out performed by Silver miners, Silver miners get out performed by Silver Junior miners!
So now, we must select the best tree in that SILJ ETF!
Here are the top 10 holdings of the SILJ ETF https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/SILJ/holdings?p=SILJ . I can’t help but see strength in most of the top 10 holdings. Keep an eye on the Mansfield Relative Strength indicator, I’m comparing each one to the SILJ itself! Silvercrest has been strongest and leading the pack. MAG is the weakest of the bunch, while Helca is blitzing out of under performing territory!
Thanks Patrick HL is a surprise on SHORT COVERING and increased production… if the strike gets settled could be a runner…
Yes! What is impressive and a common them, is the contracting volume on the recent consolidation efforts. I think fear has to be removed from our minds.. and see the next leg up is coming soon. Good times to enter here. First majestic seems particularly juicy to me!
KGC reports soon looking for upside results…
Kinross of Kestrel?
Kinross…
Yep. Looks nice. A healthy pullback on contracting volume. Looks like First Magestic a little bit…
