Today the Dollar is also Down
But Today Gold Stocks are coming back and doing relatively well.
Generally when Gold Stocks buck the trend….even for a day it means tomorrow will be a Good Day.

Yes interesting mining share activity today. Just for example Canamex (CNMXF). Someone bought a 300 share lot, the only trade today and moved the Share price 176% and spent $5.28 to do thats!
Canamex has been quite the stalwart at least in the US the past couple of days, hasn’t it? If I were to buy US$100 worth there’s no telling how high it might go! Buy a few thousand dollars worth and maybe the price per share will rival Berkshire Hathaway’s.
The precious metal stock averages were indeed up today. I saw a fair amount of downs in the smaller stocks though. Various small PM stocks behaved less well than I think they should have. I may only trying to justify to myself my tax-related selling and may find myself miserable as these stocks shoot up in a few days, but I have the impression that some of the smaller stocks are not particularly easy to sell in even pretty small volume (say even as little as a thousand dollars or so). (Of course I could look at it the other way and maybe say they might not be so easy to buy, but I haven’t been paying attention to them as a prospective buyer in the past month.)
